By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements. Our products are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly sell to them.

Products are digital educational materials delivered electronically after purchase. Access instructions are provided through the applicable checkout provider, including Hotmart.

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial use only. No ownership rights are transferred.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, publicly post, copy, modify, or create derivative or commercial products based on our materials without our prior written permission.

You are solely responsible for evaluating authenticity, condition, market demand, current market pricing, legal ownership, selling platform requirements, selling channels, and timing before making any purchase, resale, donation, restoration, appraisal, or insurance decision involving collectible items. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our materials.

Our digital products are sold through Hotmart, which acts as the merchant of record and processes payments and refunds. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee: if you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund within fifteen (15) calendar days of purchase, in accordance with Hotmart's refund procedures.

Because Hotmart processes the transaction, refund requests are submitted and handled through Hotmart's platform. You may also contact us at contact.precomped@gmail.com for assistance. After the guarantee period expires, purchases are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory withdrawal or refund rights you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

Purchases are processed through third-party providers, including Hotmart, which is the merchant of record and legal seller for your transaction. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, security, or actions of third-party services. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies, which we encourage you to review.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all products and services are provided "as is" and "as available." Brainez Media LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, availability, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, and consumers may have mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Brainez Media LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our maximum aggregate liability arising from any claim relating to a product or service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any non-waivable consumer protections.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brainez Media LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of our products or website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products or website if these Terms are violated. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in this section deprives you of those protections.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the Last Updated date above, and material changes take effect upon posting, or on a later effective date if we specify one. Your continued use of the website or products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any refund terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brainez Media LLC regarding our products and supersede any prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
